About the Champion Forest Fund, Inc.

The Champion Forest Fund, Inc. is a non-profit tax-exempt corporation chartered in the State of Texas. The association was formed for the purpose of providing for the maintenance, preservation and architectural control of the residential lots within Champion Forest subdivision and promoting the safety, health and welfare of its residents.

The annual assessment collected from each lot in the subdivision covers the expenses of the Fund. The following contractors are in place: Consolidated Management Services, Inc. (Management Company); Cypress Creek Pest Control, Inc. (Mosquito Spraying); Harris County Constables Precinct 4 (Security); and Sundance Earthscapes, Inc. (Landscape Maintenance, no website link available).

The Annual Meeting is typically held on February 1st at a designated location. Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 16215 Champion Forest Drive beginning at 5:30 p.m.
