Architectural Control
Architectural Control Approval
Don’t fix your home without one!
An Architectural Control Approval Request Form must be submitted for any changes to the exterior of the structures on your property. The purpose of requiring approval is to preserve the character and harmony of the residences in our community.
Alterations and improvements requiring approval include, but are not limited to, painting, re-roofing, new windows, masonry, siding, room additions, car ports, patio roofs, walkways, driveways and fences.
An Application can be found by selecting Architectural Review Application below, and in most issues of the Champion Forest Newsletter. A survey plat is often required with your application form. You should have received one when you purchased your home. The title company, that processed your home purchase, should also have one.
Alterations without approval may result in a cease and desist notice stopping work until approval is obtained. If you are unsure a request form is necessary, call Consolidated Management Services at 281-296-9775 or send a request just to be covered.
The completed application is to be sent to Consolidated Management Services, their address is on the form.
