The managing agent for Champion Forest Fund, Inc. We are pleased to introduce the employees that will be working with the Champion Forest Subdivision.
Consolidated Management Services has been gifted with longterm employees who are extremely knowledgeable in association management. In the event that your property manager is not available, please feel free to address your concerns with any employee. They will endeavor to assist you in any manner or see that your concerns are forwarded to the proper person(s) to be handled.
Ms. Walleck will be responsible for the day to day business conducted by the Board. This will include overseeing the annual assessment billings, collecting the Associationís funds, driving the subdivision to ascertain deed restriction violations, attendance at all meetings of the Homeowners and the Board of Directors to assist the Board in responding to homeowner concerns, and managing the records of the Association.
Ms. Walleck is also knowledgeable in all areas of Association Management and will be available to assist the Board and Committees in developing guidelines and advising the Committees on future programs.
Ms. Anita Ashmore will be assisting the Property Manager in driving the subdivision to ascertain deed restrictions violations and assisting homeowners with Architectural Control matters.
Mrs. Carolyn Lindley is a twenty-year employee of Consolidated Management Services, who will gladly assist you in securing copies of deed restrictions, Bylaws and Architectural Control Forms.
Mrs. Gwen Mathews is also a longtime employee of Consolidated Management, who will be responsible for receiving and recording checks in payment of the Annual Assessments. Upon request, Mrs. Mathews can also issue paid receipts for the Annual Assessment, provide duplicate bills, render a statement in the event that the homeowner is making payments and take payment arrangements on behalf of the Association.
